Attrition of delusion? Vasily Kashin, Director at the Center for Comprehensive European & International Studies, HSE

Despite all the Western military assistance and the escalating rhetorical animosity, the conflict in Ukraine is still constrained by some unspoken understanding between Russia and the West as to what’s allowed and what’s not. Where are those red lines and what may happen if they are crossed? To discuss this, Oksana is joined by Vasily Kashin, Director at the Center for Comprehensive European and International Studies at the Higher School of Economics.
